When is the conference?
The 2007 CO-OP Financial Services Conference & Annual Shareholders’ Meeting begins May 30 and runs through June 1, 2007.

Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

How do I register?
CO-OP Financial Services offers a complete online registration process. Simply click here and register for the conference and the Children’s Miracle Network Charity Golf Tournament (if desired) in one easy step. Your registration will be confirmed immediately.

What is the registration fee?
Registration prior to March 30 is $540 per person. Beginning March 31, the cost of registration goes up to $595 per person.

What are accepted forms of payment for registration?
Your registration fee will be charged to your credit union account with CO-OP Financial Services.

What if I don’t have an account?
If you don’t have an account with CO-OP Financial Services, please contact the Marketing department at marketing@co-opfs.org or by calling 800-782-9042 x7001 to complete your registration.

Is there a registration deadline?
No. However, you are strongly encouraged to register early.

How do I get there?
The Broadmoor is easily accessible, with non-stop flights from several cities directly into Colorado Springs Airport, or from anywhere in the United States through Denver International Airport, just 90 minutes away.

Air Transportation
Major airlines that service the Colorado Springs airport include Allegiant Air, American, America West, Continental, Delta, Mesa Airlines, Northwest and United.

Ground Transportation
Broadmoor Transportation is operated exclusively by Ramblin Express, offering convenient Shuttle Service between the Colorado Springs Airport and The Broadmoor, 4:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Please call 888-577-5769 for rates and information.

Where do I stay?
It is highly suggested that all conference participants reserve a room at The Broadmoor, as soon as your registration is confirmed. Reserve your room directly with the hotel by calling 800-634-7711. Are there any special events planned during the conference?
There are several special events planned over the course of the 2007 CO-OP Financial Services Conference & Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, including:

Rocky Mountain High Dinner Experience
With your registration, you are cordially invited to our special Wednesday night event.

Founder’s Dinner
This Thursday evening event is included in your conference registration. Since 1998, CO-OP has annually presented its Founder’s Award to a credit union leader who has also played an integral role in the growth of the organization. Live musical entertainment follows dinner and the award presentation.

Is there a golf tournament associated with the conference?
This year’s Children’s Miracle Network Charity Golf Tournament will be Wednesday, May 30 at The Broadmoor’s beautiful 7,700 yard, par-72 Mountain Golf Course, located at the foot of picturesque Pikes Peak.

The golf tournament will begin with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start to accommodate the remainder of the day’s conference activities.

The golf tournament is $225 per golfer before March 30 and $250 per golfer after that date. When registering, please indicate who you’d like in your foursome. Every effort will be made to place you with your chosen pairing. Rental equipment is available at The Broadmoor for a nominal fee and can be billed with your registration.

Can I bring a guest?
For a nominal fee, you may bring your spouse or significant other to any of the extracurricular events including the Rocky Mountain High Dinner Experience ($25), Founder’s Dinner ($25) and the Children’s Miracle Network Charity Golf Tournament ($225/$250).

If you are planning to bring a guest, please include their full name and any activities they plan to attend when registering for the conference. Additional guest fees will be billed directly to your credit union with your registration.

Will there be Internet access to check email?
Yes. There will be a Cyber Café with workstations set aside for attendees to use to check email. In addition, each hotel room is provided with free Internet access.

I’m an Exhibitor and I’d like to submit an ad for the Conference Program. What specifications do I need to follow?
Specifications for Exhibitor ads in the Conference program are as follows:
     Full-page ad: 8.5” w x 11” h
     Half-page ad: 8.5” w x 5.5” h
     Quarter-page ad: 8.5” w x 2.75 ” h

Common Specs for all ads are:

     1. Full-bleed ads should have 1/8” bleed beyond the trim on each bleed edge.
     2. JPG, TIFF or PDF files are accepted. Artwork should be flat and fonts should be outlined or embedded.
     3. Resolution for all artwork should be 300 dpi at 100%. Low resolution materials (including 72 dpi images from          the Internet) will appear bitmapped or blurry and are not acceptable for print.
     4. All artwork should be 4 color process.
     5. Live copy area is 3/8” from the trim edge.
